Hi everyone,

Understand many are affected since almost 8pm. We apologize for this inconvenience, our tech teams are trying hard to resolve this soonest possible.

Will use this thread to update everyone any news that I have in regard to this.

For some the services have returned to normal, you can also check this by switching airplane mode on/off or restarting your device. If not please do wait for further updates ya? Sorry again about this, thanks for your understanding

Hi guys, last night about 11pm most issues were sorted and we could confirm by midnight that for all users, it's up and running.

On behalf of the team, we apologize again for this inconvenience and the tech team is working hard to ensure a smoother experience for everyone moving forward!

This is not the first time Yoodo..and youre already few years in telco network..Silly things like this during important day(Merdeka) is unforgiven..Yoodo need to focus on stability first!!

What a shame and awkward situation for me. Just the 4th day with yoodo and i've already experienced yoodo app downtime on the 1st day and now no data no line on the 4th day.

its fine yoodo, im already thinking of porting out to other telco.

Yoodo, your service is sux. I cannot afford to encounter this kind of service again. Will change to other telco on 1st Sept. Is not the first time it happen and you never improve!

kepada user2 yang masih sama line terganggu cuba off/on flight mod dan kalau masih sama sila adukan kepada live chat..

dan kepada sesiapa dh line nya sudah fix boleh share kn speed test disini , dan mne yg bermasalah pun boleh je share kn speed test kalian disini supaya yoodo dpt tahu dimana kawasan yg ad masalah tersebut... jngn lupa nyatakan tempat sekali ye😁
