[Update: FIXED @ 4am, 27th Aug] Intermittent Yoodo App Services Unavailable
Hi guys, the issue was fixed slightly over midnight and we've seen all systems being stable and accessible to all.
If you still having any Yoodo App issues, please do restart your device, or turn/off airplane mode to reset the app. If still persists then please do get in touch with us via Live Chat.

Hi everyone, we realize quite a few of you are still facing this issue. Our tech team is working to solve this soonest possible.
Voice, Data, SMS services are not affected.
If you can, do try to restart your device, and/or on airplane mode and back. Perhaps try more than once. If still can't then you're one of the affected ones for the moment.
Yoodo App services include, top-up to wallet, new registration, checking the balance on the dashboard and anything on dashboard.
IF your plan renewal is set to auto, then it shouldn't be affected even if you can't see the dashboard.
Also, if you've reloaded your account, or reloaded twice cause didn't see the balance or anything like that, please get in touch with our care team and they should be able to refund that for you.
Apologize for the inconvenience caused, hopefully we'll be back up and running in no time! Thanks for your patience

hi AU YONG SIEW KHIN, yup it's only once in 24hours. That's how it's designed for use. Also to note, the free 1Gb daily is not for social media or videos (youtube) etc ya, only for Gov portals
