Supercharge vs Quickcharge

Many devices now equipped Supercharging and Quickcharge to saving our times and electricity. 

If we lost or forget to bring original adapter/cables, it's was headaches to find alternatives even from handphone shops. 

There is few types of Adapters: 5v/1A, 5v/2A, 5v/4.5A

Cables also got 0.5A, 1A, 1.5A, 2A, 2.1A, 2.4A, 3A and 5A

Getting wrong one will took many hours to charging your ohone/tablet/powerbank. 😂

 

P30 offscreen supercharge over 60% in just 30 mins, full charge took around 100 mins which is wasting time and electricity.

Rebooted - 2% charged (Supercharging around 20% per 10mins) 

10mins - 25% charged

20mins - 43% charged

30mins - 64% charged

40mins - 73% charged (Quick Charging mode) 

50mins - 84% charged

60mins - 91% charged (Trickle Charging Mode)

70mins - 94% charged

80mins - 96% charged

90mins - 98% charged

100mins - 100% charged

 

Conclusion:

Wasted another 40mins to charging remain 10% is not worth time, electricity and battery cycle. 

FYI, mostly li-ion battery cycle is average 500 then will degraded 25-50% of battery capacity. 

Which meaning if you charging overnight then your phone battery will drain fast after 1 year. 

Accubattery showed that if I'm charged 95% which is 0.6 battery cycles also equal that I can using P30 for more than 2-3 years. And saving alot times and monies too. 

Try imagines that your house full of phone(s) and notebook overcharged all the time. 😝
