[Update] 1: Yoodo Service is Back! (Outage from 3 - 8am, 18th Mar) 2:Plan & Wallet Balance issue is being Fixed Now
Hi guys,
Sorry for the service outage this morning but service has been restored for a few hours now.
However a small group of users might be facing a different issue where your Yoodo plan is not available anymore - and therefore you can't use it.
Meaning for those affected, Your Wallet Balance would not be the latest figures (what you may see is from 2 days back) and your Yoodo Plan is Not there anywhere (that's why you couldn't call Or use Data cause the Plan is not shown).
Our team is working really hard to solve this ASAP! If you are facing this, you can get in touch with our agents via Live Chat to raise a complaint.
Again, we apologize for the inconveniences caused, yes it sucks but sometimes things like this happens at the server side and we have to solve it soonest possible. The promise is that we're putting extra measures in place so hopefully, it won't happen again in the future.
Thanks for your continued support, although Yoodo is just over one year old, we're so glad to have so many of you who are helping us out when it was down as well.

@aslam of course your internet and call can be used because you arent affected by this problem. However , lots of people having problem that their internet data and calls are absolutely zero. So they cant make calls or surf internet. Do you even understand the situation here? or your english comprehension is bad?

Hi guys as per our last update, all our services have been restored to those affected accounts. Infact all purchased Data/Booster have been restored to Original Quotas, not just what was left balance.
If you're still having any discrepancies in your balance (I saw a few more users mentioned above), please get in touch with our agents via Live Chat and they will sort it out for you asap.
Again, on behalf of all of us at Yoodo, we're really sorry it took so long for some of your accounts to be restored with services back to normal. It's something we take seriously and have already put measures in place so it won't happen at such again. I did mention we'll compensate those affected ones, I'll update with more details on that soon.
Big shout out to everyone who gave us feedback and helped to test various things during this period, really appreciate everyone's patience and support in helping to see this through! :)

Yes, I still have no line, no data, no calls or messages. Money in my ewallet also disappeared. I have just paid for subscription yesterday....now all 0! I have submitted ticket for live chat but no response from there! Seriously your customer service is really bad. There is even no customer hotline number we can call for help. We can only wait helplessly...

Anyone try buy booster? i just want to know the result after you buy booster.
Some of the user ask us to be patient is unaffected. So they don't know the disaster we face. haha. don't mad superuser. This problem really ruin our days. I can't connect to SSM to check Company Profile while on field work today, I can't connect to metatrader for forex trading. Today is my craziest day by yoodo system @ server down. Honestly, i can connect to internet, but with the basic speed data. How can I promote yoodo service to the others? If the basic speed data possible turn to high speed data maybe it`ll help us a bit. Is it possible @theJeff? haha

Hi yoodo, can you at least give an ESTIMATED timeframe for the complete fix? Your responses thus far really do not inspire confidence. This kind of outages happen at other Telco at most few hours but it's already almost 18 hours! Do some goodwill and enable the normal internet speed instead until the problem is fixed. Would you rather temporarily lose the revenue or completely lose your reputation? Also you seem to downplay the issue by saying " a small number of users affected". It certainly seem widespread to me based on all the complains here!

My wallet balance is still 0. Should be rm20. Are you sure live chat works? More like dead chat to me. Live chat should function almost immediately, and not wait 1-2 days for response. If I had an emergency, I can't wait for 2 days for a response you know.
Btw, nobody contacted me since yesterday after I submitted for live chat.
