[Update] 1: Yoodo Service is Back! (Outage from 3 - 8am, 18th Mar) 2:Plan & Wallet Balance issue is being Fixed Now

Sorry for the service outage this morning but service has been restored for a few hours now.
However a small group of users might be facing a different issue where your Yoodo plan is not available anymore - and therefore you can't use it.
Meaning for those affected, Your Wallet Balance would not be the latest figures (what you may see is from 2 days back) and your Yoodo Plan is Not there anywhere (that's why you couldn't call Or use Data cause the Plan is not shown).
Our team is working really hard to solve this ASAP! If you are facing this, you can get in touch with our agents via Live Chat to raise a complaint.ย
Again, we apologize for the inconveniences caused, yes it sucks but sometimes things like this happens at the server side and we have to solve it soonest possible. The promise is that we're putting extra measures in place so hopefully, it won't happen again in the future.
Thanks for your continued support, although Yoodo is just over one year old, we're so glad to have so many of you who are helping us out when it was down as well.

@aslam of course your internet and call can be used because you arent affected by this problem. However , lots of people having problem that their internet data and calls are absolutely zero. So they cant make calls or surf internet. Do you even understand the situation here? or your english comprehension is bad?

Yes, I still have no line, no data, no calls or messages. Money in my ewallet also disappeared. I have just paid for subscription yesterday....now all 0! I have submitted ticket for live chat but no response from there! Seriously your customer service is really bad. There is even no customer hotline number we can call for help. We can only wait helplessly...
