Tips: How to use Google Chrome to access localhost
Sometimes, you might want to access your own computer using "localhost" in Google Chrome, but hit with this error:
One of the example of such use case is when you have an APC UPS and want to open its PowerChute Serial Shutdown utility to see your electricity usage.
If you are facing that issue, you can delete "localhost" from Chrome's HSTS domain list.
Just key in "chrome://net-internals/#hsts" in Chrome's address bar to reach the following screen, and use it to delete "localhost".
After that, restart Chrome and you should be able to access to localhost now.
