Roaming Activated but Home Country Phone Number unable to reach me while I am travelling in Singapore!

Subscribed a 3 day pass roaming - Roam Like Home Zone A during my travel in Singapore. 

During my time in Singapore, to use data and make voice call to Malaysia phone number working well. 

However, Malaysia phone number unable to reach me at all! 

I had missed an urgent phone call ! 

Contacted customer service and they did not provide any solid solutions except those general instructions. And their tech team got no idea and keep claiming that their roaming is working well from their side. 

Anyone can advise? Below image shows my phone setting.

  You may need to contact Yoodo live chat. My experienced with roaming so far works without any issue.

  what plan u used?.. highspeed or unlimited plan?.. share ur dashboard plan...and can share apn setting?

  Wandy IDD only if you want to call any of the local number (The country you travel).
  Miew Nguan, as mentioned by Wandy, maybe you can share your Yoodo dashboard.
  Anyway, so far we haven't heard from you. Hope everything solved
