  • Yeah whatever, the community cant do anything, if yall think i didnt send report on live chat think again, wondering why i cant respond faster ? Its because coverage is on 3G most of the time. Civilized ? Ask provider to be civilized first brother

    Obviously No one likes it when their service, especially network is disrupted. Unfortunately, it does happen. In Yoodo, as well as all other telcos.

    I'm glad you've already contacted our live chat, and they've also responded to you on the nature or reason for the current disruption you're facing. I'm sure the network team will be working to resolve this soonest possible.

    Yoodo is a 100% digital telco, it's been our business model since the day we've started, thus there's no retail outlet, nor call centre. Live Chat is our main customer care outlet, as well as offline tickets, we're also in the midst of enabling whatsapp care, and ofcourse our community.

    I understand you're angry, a consumer has every right to be. That's absolutely okay. What's not okay tho, is being impolite to everyone else here who's trying to help guide you. I've edited your post to remain civilized as it's against our community rules to be otherwise as we cater to all ages here and would like to continue being family friendly.

    So Mr MUHAMMAD IZWAN BIN MOHD AFANDI , I do hope your issue will be solved soonest possible. I'll personally check wit hthe team as well but If you're still unhappy, you could also lodge a complaint with the respective authorities and even, pick a different telco that works best for your needs. It'll be a pity but we always believe as a customer, #youdoitbetter
