    Hi SHAH RIZAN NASUTION, please try restart phone, change APN to celcom4g/celcom3g/yoodo or manually set network to 3G for better connection.

    Thanks for letting us know, SHAH RIZAN NASUTION! Some things you can also do is:

    1. Change your APN settings
    2. Switch from 4G to 3G to see if the data works
    3. Switch on/off airplane mode
