Dear Yodoo, I would like to request for compensation during downtime. As per earlier notice that you guys provide, all services should not be affected during the maintenance period. But I was very frustrated because data and phone calls are all affected. Can you imagine how much I lost during that period since I'm an online seller and my job depend 100% on internet and phone calls. You need to compensate us. Please do something, or else I will launch a report to KPDNHEP.
