❌ Service interruption [18 March Thursday]

Hi yoodo. I feel that you have been misleading your customer. First you annonce that the maintainance will not effect your services..but it do... secondly you do mention the problem will be solve ASAP, leading your customer thinking its a minor problem... but its not. It have been maybe 15 hours or more of downtime. I believe that yoodo know its a major problem but fail to mention this to your customer. Business loss, student cant study, lives may be ruined. Shame on yoodo..

Saya kecewa lah dengan Yoodo. Serius cakap, mula2 ckp ada maintenance tpi tak affect data,call tapi tgk dari semalam smpai sekarang dua2 tak boleh nak guna. Saya harap akan ada compensation kepada semua pegguna sebabkan masalah ni boleh jejas kan byk hal kerja. Kalau bagitu awal yg ada maintenance dan data dgn call tk boleh nk guna at least boleh kitorang prepare awal² topup sim kad telco lain sebagai backup. :(

There is no internet connection since yesterday. As Yoodo mention that there is no data and call interruption during maintenance. Fix it asap. Most people are using an internet connection as communication tool for work. WE ARE PAYING OUR BILL ON TIME. Give us a better service.
