    Could be another app bugs, please try reboot to see is that OK?

    I'd tried turn on and off airplane mode, restart my phone, problem still there, i don't think it's another apps issue, bcoz it should have the same problem when i using others line, but it has totally no problem while using others line. Therefore, i believe the problem was from Yoodo

    Hi guys, sorry for this issue. Lots of things may contribute to it. I do hope Yoodo will seriously look into it. As for the network issue hope Yoodo can push Celcom to fix it. For the time being try toggle your phone network setting 4G/ 3G and also your apn setting

    Servers facing some disruption for some users, don't worry just claim the 1gb it'll execute the order later.

    not yet try to change apn setting, but already try turn 4g to 3g, a big disaster, totally no network to use. Wish Yoodo line can be stable like before.

    I reported my house area of slow connection to SKMM, and yoodo staff is great for following up, the reason is heavy network congestion at my area especially during evening till night time 6pm till 11pm, high speed plan but when speedtest only gets lesser than 3mbps, sometimes better abit 6mpbs. Yoodo staff informed me they will let the technical team upgrade the network capacity, hopefully will have better connection after this. Just sharing the info LAI FONG WAH , if you constantly having slow speed surfing, probably your area having heavy network congestion, suggest make report to yoodo and SKMM for Celcom to seriously start doing their job.

    Hi Lai Gwan, speed depend on the area and also time. The fastest I have come across around 150-200Mbps. But average I'll usually get around 10-30Mbps. We do have a special thread regarding speedtest. It's just for fun stuff we did among us in the community

    Yap TAN LAI GWAN. The actual speed depends to many factors like network connection, loads, distance from network tower, inside or outside building, smartphone.....

    But some users can get up to +-150Mbps for high speed plan.

    Average speed I'm usually get +- 30 Mbps
