Hi Yoodo, do you want to explain to users why Yoodo down for almost a day? The engineer accidentally turn off the power plug? Yoodo office got fire? Hahahaha! Or fibre cable kena curi? At least learn from other telco give users/customer a proper explanation why down, I know you guys are new startup(consider new after 3 years?), be professional please, explain why down?
