Was i the only one who have seen the list of yoodo customer service number yesterday when there were connection problem?

Yesterday when the connection was bad i decided to google "yoodo customer service" and a list of number came up and i called some of them which was fake, some of it either: 1) send you to health klinik 2) ringing and doesnt pickup 3) pickup but made noises Yoodo reached out and say "we dont have customer service, bla bla bla live chat instead " However now tht i went to look for that same list of numbers, i cant find it( seems like yoodo have deleted" I wish i could attached my call log here so you can see how much phone number i called and it was all from the list I also remember another person saying the list of customer service number are fake

  In order to get through our customer service you must enter our live chat and our agent will get in touch with you. This is located at the bottom of the website under "Can't find what you're looking for?". Hope that helps!

  On another, how is your connection now? Are you still facing issues?

  Eh kawan. Chat cannot go thru. Data, phone all cannot use. Autobilling for next cycle tonight cannot cancel. I'm porting out just cancel my autobilling for me can ah? Don't main tipu la.

  Who wants to wait 200+ que on the live chat then exit the app for a sec after a while and the page refreshes and you have to enter the chat again and still at 200th que?

  Alternative way is to Submit a Ticket.

  To clarify, Yoodo doesn't have any phone numbers to call and the only way to get in touch with us is via our Live Chat feature (all the way down on the website/app). Our care team is always on hand to help, even if there may be a bit of a wait- if that happens, just leave a comment or create a post on the Community page and someone from our team will try and get in touch with you soonest.
