Please help to make Yoodo app able to run when users run out of data

I totally can't run the Yoodo app as usual when run out of data, it took like forever to load the Yoodo app, in this case, it is not possible for me to buy data add-on when run out of data. I suggest to make the Yoodo app able to run when users run out of data.

  Agree and voted yes to have at least the internet data to access yoodo app for users to do yoodo plan renewal when there is no wi-fi available.

  Thank you for the suggestion! Unfortunately we can't whitelist the app completely to not use data cause it is an online application, and with things such as payments and transactions, it would be quite difficult to run the app without the use of internet data.
  I'll bring this to the attention of our management team to see how we can best approach this for users in that situation :)

  This has been a long time issue.

  I think enabling USSD could be a possible solution. Make sure there is always some money in the wallet, then can use USSD to activate a plan or add-on.

  if you can nicely manage the auto-renew function , you don't need to worry no DATA to renew plan , before the plan END , you can go renew plan , it can choose change now or change after current plan END .

  you can just renew DATA plan first , later only go get add-on .

  Haha! Yoodo semakin hari semakin teruknya, Yoodo down pada 1st May 2021, langsung tak ade update what happen. Mereka tak care customer pun, sama macam ngan Celcom. 

  Bagaimana acuan begitu kuihnya Haha!

  if the 30day plan still running , but data quota finish , yoodo still can run on basic speed .

  You can try first and let me know if can. Haha!

  Yoodo basic speed is rubbish, only can whatsapp, but can not access Yoodo app to purchase data booster.
