    First i use yoodo.. then yesterday i port out my number to other telco.. suddenly i know the new telco i choose doesn’t support my phone.. now i want to use yoodo back. I still keep the old simcard yoodo.. and i also have the new one simcard yoodo..may i know which simcard i need to use back.. the conclusion is i still want to use my old number which is 0195779112

    I have registered my new simcard yoodo and choose to keep my old number.. then when part of delivery or something after the address one.. it says that “error express delivery eligibility could not...”

    Hi SOFEA ZUREEN BINTI ABDUL LATIF, the old SIM card can't use again. You need to order new SIM and do the MNP process again.

    New Sim can MNP your same number again, Yoodo wallet balance is not transferable.

    If i not mistake, if u want to use back your old number, u need to active it with your new Telco first, then request port out (MNP to yoodo). Then register with new yoodo sim card

    Biasanya kena stay minimum 30 hari baru boleh port in balik ke Yoodo. Boleh tanya balik dengan telco baru untuk kepastian. sementara tu boleh order SIM baru ataupun pergi ke 99 Speedmart untuk dapatkan SIM Yoodo.

    Hi Sofea, buka yoodo apps, klik logo tanda soal di  kanan bawah sekali. Pastu halaman baru terus skrol ke bawah sekali, tekan je button livr chat. Hanya sah pada masa tertera saja ye.

    Use back the same Yoodo account to register the new SIM.

    The money is with the account. As long as account not yet terminated, it is still there.

    Salam Sofea,
    You can still use that number. Just need to port the number back to Yoodo. But since you just moved to another telco you may need to see what is their tnc. Like others said, you may need to wait for 30 days. If that's the case just wait for that grace period to be over. Once it's over just request for MNP. Make sure you read properly your telco tnc, for smooth MNP. Things such as contract and billing may halt your MNP process.

    As for your Yoodo account, your wallet amount still gonna be there for maximum of 30 days (if you don't have any active line with Yoodo). If you don't have any active line, my advice is just register another line with Yoodo as to make sure your Yoodo wallet balance not forfeit. You can choose the cheapest plan (SMS) for only RM3.
