    I do understand the beauty of providing alternative option for user especially if they are still new with the system. But things like this for me will complicate things. Instead of focusing on providing great service and support with technical related issue, now Yoodo may have to additional problem which is to entertain customer billing / invoicing system. Imagine in one day there's 30k transaction and 50%-70% wanted to change their plan. That will be havoc for customer service / live chat to attend.


    Unless Yoodo can come out with an automated system, that will be the best solution. But with that they have now, they may need to invest in that kind of system. Anyway thank you for your suggestion.  This might become a reality one day. Anyway, everyone knows that Yoodo always open for suggestion and listen to their users.

    p/s: you can post in English or even you BM kurang baik pun takpe. My English also berterabur πŸ˜†

    A very complex suggestion! But an interesting one nonetheless. I'll bring this to the attention of our management team, though, from a technical standpoint it could be quite troublesome. As Wandy commented, it may be a lot of processing for the system. Also could be a lot of work as well for our third party merchants where transactions usually travel through. I get where you're coming from, and we'll never say never! So this will be in the suggestion box and we'll see what our management team thinks about it. Appreciate the suggestion!
