    my plan suppose to get auto renew by 1:06pm 10oct but, my plan no renewal, after that lost connection. data & voice is not workable & the plan is not renew till now 7:14pm

    Well at 12.30pm my data say I depleted my entire data (I renew at 8:21pm). I use my Hotlink data with no plan (around 100kb/MYR1 rate) to buy 3 hours boost. It fails, Hotlink gulp my entire MYR8 worth of topup. Then now (6:30pm) my boost suddenly activate with 2 hours to spare and has remaining main data. The best part 8GB of gonna be wasted which it still a lot of data.

    Note: 3 hours of data at MYR5 is good and cheap, but data congested for about ~175kb + terminate on renew is very hurtful to me, especially the boost supposed to be used on 1pm (I need to vid call my mother, there no internet I supposed data must be out instead there temp blackout)
