Hi FOO LYE HENG, thanks for your suggestions.

At this moment, we don't have plans to introduce anything like that. Yoodo's business model is to be in control of your own plan, buy what you need. If you just need a lil, then buy and use that, don't need to purchase more and having the need to carry it forward. Hope that explains! #youdoitbetter :)

Yeah, understood. Just a suggestion :). I have unifi@mobile as backup line for this reason. Don't mind paying more.

DENJAYNAVEER ASLAM BIN TANJUI meaning data which will not expire. You can use all the GB you bought slowly, until.finish before buying another GB.

it's not Yoodo biz model, every telco is unique can't ask for same .

but you can freely MBP over Yoodo for easier manage up to 5 numbers in same account.

WONG MENG JIAN Yeah, I know ... that is why it is a suggestion for improvement. Yoodo can either stay away and let Unifi earn that market share, or dive in, and get ppl to switch to Yoodo.

MNP over to Yoodo? Seriously, why would I do this when Unifi has clearer benefit as a secondary backup number?

I already a Yoodo line on my backup feature phone, mainiy for call and SMS on area where no line coverage for DIgi and Unifi.  Good thing about Yoodo is the coverage is very good.  Digi and Unifi are my carriers for my SIM1 and SIM2 on my smartphone. Yoodo still does not serve my purpose as backup emergency line for data.

Yes, NG SEA CHOOI, I already have Digi, Unifi and Yoodo .... each line has its own strength .... I am hoping to cut down to 2, but doesn't look like doable right now.

theJeff Sorry to ask for further clarification, are you representing Yoodo, or working for Yoodo? If yes, then excellent ... because Yoodo heard this constructive feedback. Otherwise, I should fire up this constructive suggestion to proper Yoodo customer service channel.

hi FOO LYE HENG, I am representing Yoodo, I work here as well as use Yoodo! haha

As per my comments above, thanks for the feedback! Best thing about our team is that we're quite lean (although we've grown since when we started) but we still operated in most things like a start-up. There's weekly meetings with entire team where we always highlight issues, suggestions from Community.

I've also been transparent since day-one here. Some ideas, suggestions are pretty cool from a customer's perspective, but not everything is do-able nor practical for our business to implement. That's the reality, we've implemented most if not all of the things which we can, some are works in progress, some gets deprioritized cause budget/issues to solve/upgrades etc etc but we'll continue to build, introduce new products, features and so on that will be exciting!

So yea, don't worry this isn't a community like other *cough* telcos where customer feedbacks are buried in community forums haha .. we're open to admitting if we make mistakes, tell you if we love the idea but can't work on it yet.

    Hope that explains! cheers,

    Jeff

theJeff  Wow, sounds like a great place to work. Thanks for all the explanation. So happy to see all the nice people at Yoodo., and more importantly real people. Not some bot, or crappy tele-marketers that just reply using standard copy&paste answers. Haha.

Yes, totally understood every business has its own strategy and priority too. Nobody can do everything :).

    Longer SIM Active Period
Enjoy 60 days SIM active period with every top up while also having the option to add-on RM30/year for 365 days SIM active period.

feel like still a good option for choose .

get new = RM20 for 60days , can call RM2 , after time up +RM10 another 60day , can call RM10 . time up +RM10=60day , time up +RM10=60day , time up +RM10=60day , time up +RM10=60day ,if not call much now can have about RM40+ , already 12month , spend RM70 for year , during this year can enjoy total 10GB data.

second year , -RM20 get 10GB 365 , +RM10=60days , until now still balance RM30+ (base on rare voice call) get the 365days, so this year only spend RM10

Not bad this new H**l*nk deal if don't need much data. 10GB data per year is quite enough for normal use, when you have wifi at work and home already.
