    Good insight and sharing of your user experience with yoodo. Me too a rather new user myself, been with yoodo for the 20th day now, even though it was a awkward experience with yoodo on the 1st few days (yoodo app died and cant activate my sim, and the mobile data down for almost 10 hours) , lost my confidence in yoodo for abit but quickly gain it back after theJEFF since long reply of my inquiry for compensation, it actually warms my heart when someone from yoodo management actually cares for their users, which as you said its one of the rare things that not gonna happen on those main blue yellow red telcos.
    With the recent new unlimited plan package launched which they actually do it after listening to all the requests and suggestions about it makes me love yoodo even more! They dont take our comments lightly for sure! If anyone from yoodo read this post, hope this will motivate them to work harder and more power for them to give us more surprise and stability.

    Best of Yoodo:
    1. Customise plan.
    2. Community networking.
    3. Compensation (when networking suddenly breakdown without notice).
    4. Monthly Rewards.
    5. Listen to customers suggestion.
    6. Follow current trends.
    7. Etc.

    Worst of Yoodo:
    1. Networking breakdown (too frequently this year)
    2. Email notifocation cannot switch off for community conversations.
    3. Still to find out ...

    Suggestion to Yoodo:
    1. Upgrades networking quality for better stability.
    2. Monthly rewards capped 3 times per year so other people can feel it.

    I have been a Yoodo customer since the early day. And have never been so satisfyย  with a telco company like Yoodo before.

    With the monthly prize and live chat respond that never i experience with other telco..

    Again... Yoodo still need to improve on a few area.

    1. Network and App stability... Network and App Stability.. Network and App stability

    2. Longer live chat time.. 9am to 9pm is good but when issue happen after 9pm... it become uglyย 

    3. Better and faster update once issue pop up..

    Welcome back DICK YEAP, I'm love Yoodo too. As we know not all Telco are perfect, but I like how Yoodo care about their customer. Hope Yoodo will improve and become giant in the future. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

    Well, i will give feedback on behave of my granny,
    As a nokia 3310 user, now my granny no need to topup RM 30 every month just to stay active! By only RM 12 per month, she can make as many call as she like!
