    Hi Chan Kin Fai,
Care to share what device you currently using. I have similar issue like yours with my previous device (iPhone SE 1st gen). First I though it's the app. But one day I was promoting Yoodo to a new user and I noticed the app not lagging on that user device (iPhone X),  but it's lagging on my iPhone SE.
Since I upgraded mine to Huawei (Nova 5T) I haven't face any of the lagging issue.

Multi-devices login and Caches running out storage will slowdown app performance too. That's why new installed app running smoothly but once getting long time using then it's will kacau a bit.

Yes Wong is right. I'm will clear all data and caches in Yoodo apps setting once it's getting slow response.

    Hi guys,

I was about to make a new post about this. I'm facing the same issue on iPhone 7.

The app is slow to load up. Then it's slow to switch between tabs of the dashboard screen and also slow for all actions in the side menu and number switching to manage lines.

For me, I don't think it's caching problem. We see more complex apps like gaming apps and Facebook for example, I have no issue with those even though they use caching heavily but still runs normally.

And I tried to find option like on Android to delete data and cache, but that doesn't exist on iOS.

As a developer, I think the app needs some optimizations because I noticed if I put the phone in airplane mode which means no internet access and launch the app, it will automatically show welcome screen to order/activate sim or log in. It doesn't mean I'm necesserily logged out by the app because if I closed the app and be back online and relaunch the app then I don't see the welcome page, the app loads my account details as usual. So I don't see any caching there.

No caching might be the problem, especially on old phones like mine. Because I feel like Yoodo app reloads everything about the user every time it's launched by that user. For recent phones they can handle that kind of pressure smoothly but older phones they might lag.

Caching might solve the problem actually. For example if the app can cache the last time usage details when it was opened, the app will open faster next time and load that cached data then in the top bar it shows the user loading indicator which means it's retrieving new usage and other data etc. If no internet then the app should just simply show the last time cached data and show an in-app notification (a toast notification) telling the user he/she is offline and internet needed for refreshing data etc.

That's my two cents, I really hope the issue is resolved soon. It's really bugging me because I love Yoodo and I want it to be great in every aspect and wish to help in anyway possible.

I do agree with you that Yoodo app was seem too heavy to loading, perhaps Yoodo should consider Yoodo Lite or online portal 😂

The app comparing to FB, YT and other complex apps is already lite based on its functionality, it should be blazing fast as is.

Yoodo online portal will be great 👍🏻

As for the app lagging issue I experienced it with my previous device. But not with my other devices. I have to agree with Faisal on this matter and I did raised this issue before. Because if you compare with other multitasking app such as GRAB, you can see how come app like GRAB can perform better than Yoodo app.

Faisal, I do suggest you keep in touch with yoodo on this matter. If I'm not mistaken theJeff mentioned in one of his post regarding looking for volunteers to troubleshoot their app, since this issue not happening on all devices. You may refer to this thread: -

thanks for the feedback, and suggestion FAISAL SALEH NASSER ALASWER

most of the releases we do, the app is optimized, but ofcourse I can be further optimized to be even smoother. As for being smooth on older phones, might be a challenge as for security reasons the app doesn't cache certain private details in the phone, thus the connection needed at loading to complete the actions. I agree there might be other ways to improve, our devs to continually work on it, I'll highlight this raised by community again to the team :)

Agree on the possible improvement of the yoodo app, as im having the same issue of loading sometimes on my phone, some tweaks will do for the app to load faster.

Can cache with encryption, with timeout and recache, let's say every week, with new encryption key.

idk, why but yoodo app's super slow response prevents the activation process just after the ID vefification. I won't use the sim as they do not maintain the app in a good condition. You guys must stop using yoodo's service.

Samsung A52 5G and ver. 4.5.0 for the app. By the way, did you think if we can use the old version app and obsolete phone?
