actually i can't receive code instagram.. jadi sy perlu langgan plan sms bru bleh receive sms?

  There's no restrictions in receiving SMS in Yoodo. You probably just need to try again, restart your device etc. Hope that works :)

  hi...

  i just port in to Yoodo yesterday, after active yoodo, i unable to receive any OPT from banks...

  how to solve it ya?

  Hi TAN ZHI XUAN

  Please contact Yoodo care team regarding this issue.. 

  You can talk with them via Live Chat from Yoodo apps or Yoodo website.

  Open Yoodo app > Help > tap on Live Chat button > say Hi' to the bot and give your details > wait the Yoodo agents join the chat until your turn if many numbers in que position.

  Hi, i had tried… but no output… totally cannot get any OTP form any bank… is it occur using esim?

  i am using iphone, in the setting > phone > my number was blank… i need to put myself

  is it the root cause?

  Sorry for the inconvenience.. is it OTP only or same with the TAC?.. have you try updating back with the bank?.. if using Maybank you can update via ATM machine or contact the bank customer service.
