  FFS, stop using "use airplane mode" as a solution. If your network frequently drops connection my airplane mode certainly is NOT going to solve it.

  hi ASH NORSIDI, the solution given by some of the users above to reset network or airplane more is not to solve coverage. In the instances like today, the data was restored for the affected ones, but they need to reset their network connection (many ways of doing this, reset manually, airplane mode, on-off the phone), and it'll be okay.

  Ofcourse if its a network coverage issue, then please do get in touch with our agents via Live Chat, they get more details from you and escalate the matter accordingly. Hope that explains :)

  I reported but i had to find wifi to use yoodo app. Seriously? Line so slow at any location in Sandakan that I cannot even use live chat on 4G?! No problem before midnight update
