    Salam Azril. Add on Yoodo juga bergantung pada permintaan. Contohnya, add on yang terbaru seperti Telegram telah diminta beberapa kali dalam komuniti ini. Yoodo menyedari permintaan yang tinggi ini dan Alhamdulillah ia telah dilaksanakan.
    Kalau Azril inginkan add on free fire boleh buka satu thread baru, dan minta ramai dalam community untuk support permintaan itu. InsyaAllah pihak Yoodo akan pertimbangkan.

    I cannot activate my replacement sim I received on Monday 9.10.23 coz I cannot download Yoodo app into my new phone through Google play store coz google wanted to verify through handphone only.

    Can you help to activate my replacement sim in my new phone ?

    My suggestion is find another phone, borrow you family or friend phone if can..

    > install Yoodo app on that phone, and do the replacement SIM

    After finished all rhe process, insert the new SIM to your phone.

     

    *Btw, what phone model that you cant install Yoodo app?

    Regarding your phone model that cant istall Yoodo app, please get further assist with Yoodo Customer support via Live Chat ya..

    You can Live Chat via Yoodo apps or Yoodo website: https://www.yoodo.com.my > Head to 'HELP' tab and scroll all the way down for Live Chat option.
