Hi Athirah.. contact Umobile customer service operator this morning ya. I also found Umobile users yesterday, same issue rejected by Umobile coz he replied the request SMS after time estimate and not replying properly. The sms instruction said "YES", but he reply "yes".... So what you see here is must follow if it lowercase or uppercase too... Hope we all here help you... otherwise kindly do keep in touch with Yoodo Live Chat support team ya :)
