  • Patutlah tiba tiba no network dapat network tapi tak boleh buat panggilan, internet gelabah dibuatnya sepatutnya buat pengumuman pada semua user. Selogiknya kalau dalam maintenance tidak melebihi 12jam.. Tgk laa mcm mna kang.. Nasib ada wifi kalau tak pishang

  • 10 hours and the service is still not recovered. Started to question your service recovery capability. Comm only release after 7 hours (by one tweet and in app post). No follow up comm to update on the recovery. Not even email/in app notifications to inform customer on the service issue. You all got to step up your recovery actions.

  • What makes me annoyed so much is that your team does not even bother to tell your customer about this interruption earlier than 12.15 am? Are push messages also unusable from your team? Please know lots of ur yoodoer use ur service to work. Please note this comment for future improvment.

    Cmon yoodo...im a frontliner, im oncall somemore today...cannot make outgoing call and no internet access...please fix this issue ASAP!!!! 🤦🏻‍♂️

    Thought of changing to another telco already 🤦🏻‍♂️

    boodo punya yooodo. dr malam tadi lagi masih tak fix the problem. tak. pernah lagi jDi kat telco lain problem yg mcmni punya lama. skrg ape pun tal bleh nak buat.kalau ade ape2 emergency mcmne lah. cap ayam punya servis.

    Aduhh waste my time.. until now still not fix. No backup plan for the services. All network capabilitis shud have backup. Expect the unexpected. Now things are dragging for more than 10 hours. Where is ur SLA?
