  • No wonder tgh malam semalam cut off tiba2 line nya, suddenly from 4g jadi E pastu terus 3g tapi takleh pakai data connection and cannot call any number. Hopefully Team Yoodo can fix this fast sbb da almost 9 jam dah ni. Nasib baik la ada wifi kat rumah.

  • I am in charge of Covid patients 24/7 starting today. So my phone must be on at all times, as I can be called at any time to go to the hospital. If you would have told me earlier, at least I prepare myself adequately. Ni hospital nak call I pun x boleh.
    Lifes are at stake here yoodo!

    Morning Yoodo.. Please resolve this ASAP because since yesterday i cant use data and call out which really affected my work from home and my online business... Depending 100% on Yoodo for those reasons.. Do u have any time frame when this will be resolved and May I know whats the main issue for this inconveniences?

    teruknya Yoodo ini. Dari pukul 12am malam tadi sampai 9.30am pagi sekrg langsung tak boleh call out dan access internet. Cuma boleh receive call jeh. Area katย  Persiarian Surian, Selangor.

    And most important thing please reply to those complains. Do u think we dont have other better work other than complaining on this? Please take the ownership and respond to us... Its already 9 hours Yoodo... Majority of us are working from home... Try to put urself in our shoes...

    @wongszechean, agreed with you.

    Yoodo team, please be more proactive in cascading important maintenance/troubleshooting alert to yoodo users and us all can prepare, rather than put out on your apps and socmed platforms as many of us here using your line as main line.

    Hope you guys can improve and please rectify it at the soonest.

    Poorly Handled

    I am working in a new place and this is my only source of internet I have. I do not have WiFI at my place. No prior SMS or notification from Yoodo application. I could only find out what's happening after reaching my workplace. From yesterday night until this morning I was thinking if my phone is broken.

    Yoodo, this is a very unprofessional way of informing your customers. Requiring me to go online find out what's wrong while I don't even have an active phone connection. Ironic isn't it?

  • good job yoodo! 9 hours passed by and not even fixed yet. i waited patiently since last night and woke up in the morning to see " oh dear our services are temporarily unavailable". how many users you ready to lose before you can fix the problem? I can wait but the workload cant
