    Thanks for your reply, I did what exactly as you told many times and failed, what I suspected is my phone number has been recorded as using/used in yoodo database, thats why it said I cannot keep this number. My phone number now is under Hotlink and I wanted to change to yoodo, please help and appreciate your time.
