Slow Network? Hang in there guys! :)
Hey everyone, seems like the MCO period has hit the network operators around the world, especially Malaysia even more (info from Ookla; article at the bottom).
IF you've experienced slow network where you're at, do try some of the advice that's mentioned in the Community here like;
1) Firstly, do let our Care team know via Live Chat, they'll get more details from you so we can raise the case to our Celcom network team to check on it further
2) Secondly, something that can work- Switch network to 3G or 4G, restart your device to refresh the connection (or airplane mode); in many cases, the 3G connection worked faster than 4G, this is because the nearest Cell Tower that's service that specific has more devices connected to the 4G bandwidth which causes general congestion.
3) You can also try different APN, if not Yoodo, also try Celcom's APN (again in some cases, we've seen it helped improve the speed). Few APNs I've seen work besides 'Yoodo' is celcom3G / celcom4g

3) Download app like Open signal, which shows you the connection signal and location of towers, sometimes facing, moving closer helps but since we're all home, there's limited things we could do, but it's good to know.

Lastly, all telco's have network congestion, not just in Malaysia but throughout the world. IF you've tried everything but the signal/speed is too weak for you to continue your daily usage, then do try other networks that work for you. I've always been transparent here in our community and will continue to do so.
There definitely will be improvements to network throughout the year, many initiatives are being taken but it's not a magical thing that can be fixed overnight, even more during this MCO period and right after as a nation we try to recover from this period.
Hope that helps to explain, I totally understand the frustration when you can't do what you need to do, especially if you need it for work thus this post to clarify things further. If others have any other tips that has helped, do contribute.
In the meantime, stay safe and let's pray things get better soon for everyone!

KUALA LUMPUR, March 27 ― We’ve examined the impact of the Covid-19 global pandemic across multiple sectors in recent times — now, it appears that the coronavirus is affecting internet speeds across the globe. Many severely-impacted regions have gone into varying states of lockdown, and those of us who are in Malaysia are currently operating under a movement control order (MCO). Consequently, the importance of internet connectivity is arguably more apparent than ever now.
Due to the situation, many are now working remotely; the increase in demand for entertainment via the internet has also predictably increased. As such, the folks over at Ookla have shared some of their insights on the impact of Covid-19 on the performance of global internet networks. And in case you didn’t know, Ookla is the company behind Speedtest.
‘Degradation of speeds’
As of March 23, 2020, Ookla shared that they have seen a general degradation of speeds for both mobile and fixed broadband connections around the world. More specifically, Malaysia saw a sharp decrease in the average download speed (both mobile and fixed broadband) from the March 16 till the March 22. This drop is also matched by an increase in latency for the same week.
The significance of that particular time interval (March 16-22) is that the MCO was imposed in Malaysia from the March 18. This could mean that the decrease in average speeds in Malaysia could be down to an increased strain being placed upon network operators in the country.

No more tips or hacks can contribute >.< as both telco and content provided reaching bottlenecks. Unless Telcos also apply FUP like Youtube/Netflix...
However, let's me summary some previous hacks/tips.
1, Place sim into mifi or spare phone, and place beside windows after found best signals, remember place screen of phone on top for optimum reception.
P/s: if only 1 bar of 4G, pls connect 3G directly.2, If your speedtest below 10Mbps, the only solution is upgrade to 4G+ smartphone as connecting to 2 or 3 LTE bands at same time.
3, Speed degradation due to VPN enabled and over longrun of Android/iOS, kindly off the external firewalls and reboot phone or refresh line will helping.
4, According to Celcom team, sometime speed degradation due to overcongested APN, for my case celcom4g did gave better speeds.
5, Dual Sim phone sometimes got weakness, Sim slot 1 is faster and try disabled another Sim for checking is that speed improve?
P/s: Power saving mode and Low Battery will also throttle your phone performance and speeds.6, Install third party apps which could enable gaming/work mode for reaching maximum performance of your phone, of course it's killing your phone too in long term.
7, Telco side or Network providers side, nothing much can do, just report to our Yoodo livechat and let's them assist you.
Below is my Yoodo speedtest between 4G+ and 4G in Kuala Perlis.
