Hey guys, we're testing our Whatsapp Care, it's at the same place as Live Chat. No different than Live Chat really but if you prefer Whatsapp then you can try it out.

Do let us know your feedback, we're just testing this to see if its something we want to continue. I appreciate the feedback. Thanks! :)

  It will be nice, but I don’t think we can. Imagine 1000 calls at the same time. At the end we the customers will complain for the poor service. Yoodo live chat for me still the best 👍🏻

  satu langkah yang bagus dan menarik yang telah dibuat oleh admin yoodo ni dgn mewujudkan selfcare secara dalam talian whatsap bg memudahan user jika bermasalah...sila join dan jgn lari ke telco lain jika ada masalah...

  nampaknya respon whatsapp care ini sgt puas hati...respond cepat..harap semua ini akan berkekalan n selalu dapat penambahbaikan dr pihak admin yoodo

  This Whatsapp Care is like email correspondence, not real time interaction.

  For real time, Live Chat is still the place.

  WhatsApp care is similar to Tickets actually - although it 'feels' like talking live to the care team :D

  Ng Sea Chooi, I never use it. But if you find it as another good way to interact with Yoodo support team, feel free to make a request for it to be back on a permanent basis.
