Please make the Yoodo Apps always available. Especially when subscribers are out of data. Scenario : I am out of data. This is when i crucially need to purchase add on or renew plan. But I cannot do it because I am out of data.

Hi MUHAMMAD ARIFF AZANIS BINAZMAN. My method is to set auto plan renewal. There is also suggestion previously for Yoodo to White list Yoodo Apps.. but we all still waiting.

Auto plan renewal would work fine for those subscribing unlimited plan. I subscribe to high speed plan, which means I may run out of data before renewal date. So auto renewal will not be helpful.

Another workaround would be for the apps to send a notification when the remaining data reduced to a certain amount eg 200mb. This way, users will be made aware that they might need to purchase more data or renew.

Setiap kali plan expired gelabah cari wifi utk beli plan baru.jika yg guna plan sama setiap bulan boleh la switch auto renew.bagi yg plan sentiasa berubah setiap bulan struggle ckt la😅

Ye masalah ni pernah di bincangkan sebelum ni..harap yoodo dapat menambah baik lagi selepas ini..boleh masuk apps tapi agak slow sedikit kerana hanya beberapa kbps sahaja..

Muhammad Ariff the in app notification requested by lots of users. Even I feel it's a must have features. Hope Yoodo can seriously look into it

Betul Azrul. Sekarang pelan Yoodo tak macam dulu. Dulu lain la, kerap ada perubahan dengan offer bulanan. Saya pun auto renew je. Tak pening kepala. Terutamanya line suplementary saya yang family guna. Tak nak ada masalah pulak nanti. Customer saya yang pakai Yoodo pun ramai saya suruh auto renew je
