5 jam activate roaming di thailand langsung tak boleh connect! APN dah set, phone dah reboot belas kali!! Live chat tak membantu langsung, tamatkan sesi sebelum resolve issue!!

  Line awal2 pakai laju je dah lama pakai makin slow kenapa ya awal2 laju berdesup hujung2 loading je kejenya

  Almost 24 hours, satu habuk data pun tak boleh akses!!! Why? Sbb support tutup opis awal, doesnt give a F what the customer is facing!

  hi AZRUL AZMI BIN MOHD AMIN, sorry to hear about your situation there.

  I'm not sure what's the root cause as we have quite a number roaming in Thailand without issue at this moment, but I've personally have highlighted your issue to the team and will follow up with it tomorrow morning itself. 

  You should receive an email reply from customer service tomorrow, I'll check on it as well. Hopefully will be resolved asap. Apologies again on this

  I tried roaming in Thailand before.
  APN is yoodo, right?
