    Hi Beh Tong Yu. I’m using iPhone 11 Pro. I’m port in from another network provider.

    I’ve chat with customer support today, yoodo will active my VoLTE on monday (21.02.2022). FYI, I’m start my inquiry on 4th of Feb 2022.

    This is my update about VoLTE case. 

    Last time, CS told me that my VoLTE will active on 21.02.2022. Sadly it's not. 😢

    I contacted CS one more time on 21.02.2022, she expedite this matter to technical department. VoLTE should active on 22.02.2022, but until now (26.02.2022), my VoLTE still not yet active. 😤

    She said it's cause by their system limitation that prevent VoLTE from being automatically active.

    My VoLTE has been active on 28.02.2022, a day after I submit report to MCMC. Sorry yoodo.
