YOODO 365
Hello and Happy New Year. This is my fist post for this year hoping to get some insight from everyone, as well as Yoodo Team.
Well. Thank you for the customisation & the new #yoodounlimited it helps to broaden the range of Yoodo users.
I was wondering since the MCO, and now coming back to the office, I believe most of us are subscribing to Land Line Internet via copper or fibre right? Well at the office mostly we are connected to office wifi…
Just sometimes, we really need the internet we would definitely need it especially travelling and outdoor. So, when we think we require more internet, but we are not, actually. And as I said earlier, there’s time when we need it.
Ive tried Hotlink 365 for few months, and it helps, i subscribed to 10GB data for RM365 with validity of 365 days. In order to ensure my line is active, i topup RM5 every 2 months, or now I purchased Validity of 365 for just RM30. Call charge is painful coz it is 30sen/min. But my 10GB data lasted for 3 months…
I dont know if you are in the same position…
It would be good should Yoodo has its own #yoodo365 customisation plan?
I.e
RM30 for 20GB for 365days
RM20 for 10GB for 365days
RM20 for 4000 mins for 365days
RM15 for 400 mins for 365days
RM10 for 100 mins for 365days
The only booster available is the power pass
RM2 for 1 hour 100GB
RM5 for 3 hours 100GB
RM15 for 12 hours 100GB Or maybe add on can be included too, but remain every 30 days.

Thanks for the suggestions! I can see where you're coming from and will surely highlight this to the team.
I guess at Yoodo, we did start with a business model to allow our customers to customize their plans according to their needs. For example like you've mentioned, only needed 10GB Data for 3 months, essentially you could choose the 2Gb plan and add booster for that month but ultimately keep your monthly commitments low.
As for the 365, we don't at start, again same train of thought you could just purchase SMS at RM 3, which keeps your account active for 2 months, and keep renewing that cycle and you'll have a customized 365 plan already which can be turned into a normal plan at anytime should the need rise ;)

only the price cannot meet your required .
you can try get a plan = 2GB data + 100min voice = RM17
so 1 month = RM17 , you add RM204 in wallet , 1st month get plan RM17 , other let it auto-renew , so become 365day with each month 2GB data and 100min voice (total : 24GB data and 1200min for year)

Thank you for the descriptive reply. I totally understand your perspective and maintaining the line with auto renewal, i believe that’s what we do on prepaid as well as postpaid? Unless if u r on hotlink prepaid unlimited, as the plan is not auto renewal.
The way i’m looking at 365 plan is, it is not for the 2nd number, or backup number. It is for the main line.. but with longer cycle, instead of monthly cycle…
I may / can / would definitely subscribe to 200GB together with 4000 minutes if I want, it’s just that, the flexibility of the cycle and duration. but most of the cases, if yoodo hv the plan, I might just spend like RM50 max per year for both data and calls… rather than RM200++
Just a perspective, not by many, but certainly there are people who’s looking into this. :)
Yes we may go to Hotlink / Unifi bebas prepaid, but there are restriction with call charges and limited coverage… that’s why, i’m just throwing an idea, to get perspective too… who can tell…
