No network in Shah Alam

Is there any network issue in Shah Alam now? as am writing this 25.11.2021 @ 3.52pm, no network already 30 mins. Only 3G. cannot access data. cant even open whatsapp. whats happening???

  thru live chat they said the prob already ressolved, recover and stabilizing. But i see no progress. restart phone 2 times. still no data. no connection.
