Yoodo esim can’t be transferred to new iPhone

    Hi NGU MING HAN

    Follow this steps with your new phone

    Open Formerly Yoodo app > manage lines > Activate a replacement SIM > select SIM type: eSIM > select a line > tap on 'Confirm' button for replacement SIM > resubmit ID and the next step until completion.

    The next step is scan the QR code that sent to your email.
