Port Out Issue

Hi all.. im facing the issue port out from yoodoo to xox.. but when do the port out proses.. got error ( SP58 - Some or all numbers do not belong to principle subscriber or company ) may i know what the actual issue regarding this error, as all the number registered under my name.

  Do you mean error from the portout request link?.. may i know, did you respone it with Gmail app or Chrome browser ?

  not the link.. but the error from the side off the telco itself.. ( MNP status ) so how to solve this.. the application for port out from yoodo done by sms
