    Salam Muhammad Fareez, maybe it's because nowadays lots of people work from home. So, you may face with network congestion. Try to report to Yoodo via live chat. Inform them about the situation and let's hope this is just temporary issue. To contact live chat, you can use the live chat button at the bottom of Yoodo website or via Yoodo app

  • Assalammualaikum MUHAMMAD FAREEZ ZAINIBIN SUZAINI bt masa ni macam suzaidee ckp ramai yg work from home, jangan kata yoodo celcom saya pun sama jgak line slow xmcm sebelum ni berdesup mcm wira bernadikan twincam turbo😅...penggunaan traffic terlalu tinggi so mmang akan kacau sikit la metwork, cuba je try live chat untuk bantuan , kalau dh celcom slow yoodo atau telco2 yg lain yg mne bersangkut paut dngn celcom pun turut terjejas.... 

    Harap tuan dapat bersabar ye, stay at home and keep safe😉

    Assalamualaikum faz dh cuba tukar apn dr 3g ke 4g atau 4g ke 3g dan celcom ke yoodo atau yoodo ke celcom, kalau dh bt sama jgak aju kn masalah tuan kepada agent live chat untuk bantuan technical

    Dalam rumah pun line slow..area ampang...sebab pembinaan lebuhraya depan rumah...isyarat x kuat sampai kat rumah..harap yoodo upgrade kawasan ampang pulak...kawan2 pun seronok bila ada plan mcm yoodo ni...tapi kalau signal lemah mcm mana diorang nak seronok pakai..harap bertindak segera

    As Beh also mentioned, changing APN might also help.

    Jika masalah masih sama, sila laporkan kepada live chat agent untuk bantuan teknikal. Live chat bermula 9 pagi esok.
