    True. I wonder why yoodo hasn't implement this yet. I found it ridiculous that you can't even open the apps if you have no data

    Hi NOR SHAHIDA BINTI AZIZ ZUDDIN thank you for the suggestion. In the mean time we cannot do anything on this. We have to go through a complicated process in order to make this features available. But one of the solution to avoid this is that you can set the auto renewal. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.

    I agree with this wonderful yet resonable suggestion. After all it is to facilitate business transaction between Yoodo and its subscribers. If Yoodo can allow Boost app add-on a limited free access why not Yoodo app itself?

    I definitely agree that it feels like it's more on Yoodo's benefit as well if the app was whitelisted (runs without data) at the end of day right?

    Unfortunately though, it's not as straight forward as that. I've explained this on a few threads in community, but the jist of it is that while it's native app, it corresponds with many other external parties (sites) as everything is done within the yoodo app itself (from registration, validation, purchase etc). We can't whitelist every connection the app makes for technical reasons. We did explore the idea of giving free 500mb etc for usage after expiry or when data finishes but that wouldn't work as well as the device constantly refreshes itself and many backend app connects with serves even though we don't realize it thus the many trials done, sees a user finishing the 500mb even before being able to use it on the app.

    Long explanation but just wanted to let you know that we understand where you're coming from, many users here have raised it up too .. personally I agree as well! IF and when there's an effective way to do this, we will surely do it! :)
