Product Request Updates: 4th July
Hi guys,
Thanks for all the different suggestions and feedback past month. I ran some of it through the management team and here are the updates;
1) Roam Like Home (and RLH 2) : Users will be able to purchase 1 day advance pass, so you won't need to find wifi each time 24 hours ends while roaming. Once that's released (which will be soon), then we'll be working on being able to purchase 3 & 5 days Pass in advance.
2) Yoodo App Whitelisting: Unfortunately it's something that we can't do cause when it comes to Yoodo App, there are many variables etc, the bank payment gateway websites etc which are out of 'yoodo'. For now, you need data or wifi to use the app
3) What's next after 3x Booster Data Promo: We haven't fix it yet but on Merdeka Month we'll be adjusting out Base Quota to make it competitive and we'll be doing some campaigns around it. Look out for more into on this soon!

Thanks for the suggestion too! TBH we wouldn't want things to be complicated, and we also understand we could never satisfy every need or offering in that sense so we gotta give as much as possible I suppose.
As for the price, I don't think we'll be able to give discounts if purchase longer days at one go. Our roaming is already at a fantastic price compared to others and we're playing with a very small margin. I'll definitely bring it up to see if it's feasible, and surely we'll implement it if can! ;)

Hi theJeff , "able to purchase 3 & 5 days Pass in advance" means there is a new variance of pass which is 3 days and 5 days instead of current 1 day pass?

Yes you're right. Currenly pass is for 24 hours. We're gonna introduce advance purchase 24 hours (means while using, you can purchase for another day) - that means you can continue purchasing and use daily without the need to look for wifi to continue Roaming like how it is currently.
3 - 5 days are to buy in advance a 3 day pass instead of purchasing daily 24-hours. For convenience :)

So you confirm there will be new type 3-days-pass and 5-days-pass in the future? If so then it is really a good news. Hope the pricing is attractive too.

FOONG WENG KHONG confirm we want to have, but we'll start with the 1-day advance first. Not sure when the 3 - 5 etc days pass will come tho. #managingexpectations

May I suggest that instead of 3 or 5 day pass, you let the user choose the number of days he wants to buy eg 2, 4, 7, 10 days etc. But maybe make it a bit attractive by scaling some kind of discount as the number of days purchased increases. Eg, 2 day pass 10% discount, 10 day pass 30% discount etc.

This is what I notice. No one mention before at here or probably have but i overlook.
When you purchase RLH pass for the 1st time, and you did not used it yet means inactive yet, you won't able to purchase the second pass.
The second day pass only can be purchase when your first pass is active.
YOODO not allow customer to have 2 pass inactively.
