Good day Yoodo & Yoodoians,

I have ordered SIM card recently from Yoodo for my mum, but i failed to register through the face verification process.

I suspect this may because the current Digi number (that i want to keep) belongs to my brother in Australia. 

Is there any chance I could port in from Digi on behalf of him?

  There's no way you could port out on behalf of your brother.
  Need to change the SIM card's ownership first.
  Both persons must present at the Digi center.

  Hai. There is option to activate the sim remotely. All you need to do is, contact your brother at Australia. Ask him to install Yoodo app. Then create an account, or login if already have. Need to remember, this account will belong to your brother as he'll activate this account.

  Next step is, give him your sim serial number. He need to activate the sim using his own details including his face.

  For better activation, I advise you to topup first the exact amount or more.

  When all finish, you can login to Yoodo app using same account your brother use to activate the sim. Then you can manage the number yourself. Except, this account can't be your, for any future action need to involving your brother.

  But for subscribing any plan, renew, buy add-on, you can use your brother's account.

  Nop, you need walk-in Digi center to transfer ownership before port into Yoodo.

  Thank you for your suggestion. I will try out the method from Mr. Ariffin. 

  If it is not working, then i will have to go Digi center.

  @Aslam, kita guna cara ni utk belanja someone yg duduk jauh dr kita. Dia order sim kosong, bg kita serial no. Kita aktifkan utk dia n beli data skali. ☺️
