I have two accounts under my current Telco and the second account is the first account's supplementary line. I've been told that my port-in to Yoodo for both numbers have failed. Can Yoodo help me to quit my current Telco together, not separately?
Hi LIM CHUAN YING, the advice above is correct. You need to separate your Supplementary line before porting over, Yoodo can't do that for you :)
