Why can't receive SMS from digi centre?

I tried to change to digi, but failes. Because I can't receive any sms from them. Any problem of my number

  Hi YEE PUI YIN, to understand your question, I'm guessing you're trying to Port Out to Digi? 

  If so then you need to talk to them to initiate the port out. As far as Yoodo is concern we don't stop or filter any In-coming SMS-es as long as your number is active :)
