Unable to get port access from previous provider

  Please refer to your current Telco for the reason port out fail. You may also contact live chat help for further assistance.

  There are some reasons why port in fail like outstanding bills  , contract ,Name or IC.

  If your current telco keeps on rejecting your port out request, you can also lodge a complaint with MCMC.
