For Lost Phone you will need login to Yoodo App if you have another device to deactivate your SIM just follow step as below:
Step 1: Click on the "Menu" on the Yoodo Apps
Step 2: Go to "Manage your lines"
Step 3: Choose " Suspend a lost SIM"
Step 4: Then just follow the next instruction (Click “Pick a line to suspend.” If you have more than a line under your ID, make sure you choose the correct line.
Next you need to order a replacement sim or if you have a new Yoodo sim card, you could directly “Unsuspend” your line from the Yoodo Apps.
