You’ll probably have to ask the Live Chat agents about the promo code. According to the promo website, you will receive the gobear promo code in your Yoodo app notification or email. For me, I've not received any gobear promo code in my notification or email.

Unfortunately I've renewed with the link from here to gobear 4 days ago using AXA insurance. Theres totally no option to enter promocode. Please dont post campaign period from 13th May when its not ready.
