Activate my sims, doesn't get any message informing me it was a success, but my old sim doesn't have signal when I insert new sims also no signal....

Did you activated a new SIM card with a new number or replace an existing SIM card?

U need follow the simpack instructions.

After select Keep Ur Number dan paid, please reply sms of port out confirmation and wait 1-3 days to get success msg from Yoodo.

Only then, you can swap new sim for continuing Ur number with Yoodo.

Wong Meng Jian is right. If you are port out from other Telco you may take 1-3 days for port in Yoodo. But any way, you can update the latest status with the Yoodo agent via live chat.
