My plan just got renewed yesterday, and I was about to add data today morning when I was shocked to find my Dashboard saying Activate a Sim. I had no lines registered!! Contacted Customer Care and they said there is a problem with the app update and they will solve it by 'today'? But now, I'm left without data. Anyone else facing this issue. We need to get this to Yoodo's attention, as we had just recovered from a database problem recently and were assured something like this would not occur again.
