All my lines in Dashboard Missing!! Anyone else?

    Yes, having the same issue. Luckily I am still able to make calls and have data to use. Please fix the dashboard.

    i have the same problem..and to make it worse..i think i've switch off the auto renewal..😭😭

    If left without data,can still access the App?
    Anyway, hope this issue shall be resolved soon.
    Meanwhile every obstacles faced am sure will provide Yoodoo the platform to serve us all better and cost effectively.have a nice day

    Hi guys, 

    Sorry for the sudden shock, our backend server had an issue. All our services are not affected (calls, data, sms) but the Yoodo App is currently down (meaning, you can purchase anything New or Activate a new account at this moment). All your existing purchased data/voice/sms quotas are not affected. Thanks!

    Hi Umesh, sorry I'm not so sure about your question. But few tricks you can try here: -

    - Restart your phone
    - toggle with your phone data or flight mode on and off button


    Is your line currently active?

    Last step, try to contact Yoodo via Live Chat or 'Submit a Ticket'. You can find it at the bottom of this webpage
