All my lines in Dashboard Missing!! Anyone else?

My plan just got renewed yesterday, and I was about to add data today morning when I was shocked to find my Dashboard saying Activate a Sim. I had no lines registered!! Contacted Customer Care and they said there is a problem with the app update and they will solve it by 'today'? But now, I'm left without data. Anyone else facing this issue. We need to get this to Yoodo's attention, as we had just recovered from a database problem recently and were assured something like this would not occur again.

Hi guys,
Sorry for the sudden shock, our backend server had an issue. All our services are not affected (calls, data, sms) but the Yoodo App is currently down (meaning, you can purchase anything New or Activate a new account at this moment). All your existing purchased data/voice/sms quotas are not affected. Thanks!

- Restart your phone
- toggle with your phone data or flight mode on and off button
Is your line currently active?Last step, try to contact Yoodo via Live Chat or 'Submit a Ticket'. You can find it at the bottom of this webpage
