  I think Yoodo should come out with remedial action plan to prevent same situation happen in the future.

  This should include automated network situation monitoring (service down, network congestion, hacking detected, etc.) and alert to technical team on 24x7 basis.

  I don't think recovery is completely done,  my phone is still DEAD, my whole DATA is totally wiped off and no more VOICE calls.
